Colorado Springs

Brent was in Colorado Springs for a couple of weeks, so I took the kids across country to see him and, of course, the pretty mountains. We were hoping to see some old friends, but Mother Nature had other plans and dumped over a foot of snow! Although we weren't able to get out as much as we had hoped, we saw some great views and spent some good time together. Here are some pictures from the trip.

Parker Turns One!!!!!!!!!!!

Our sweet baby born turned one on October 25th!! We cannot believe that he has been with us a whole year, but can't imagine our life without him. He is a precious baby boy and we enjoy every second with him. We have yet to take him to his one year check up because I am so afraid of the flu. He is healthy and developing great! He knows lots of words and "go find" all kinds of toys and stuff. He is walking, although he would rather crawl because he is a speed demon. He eats us out of house and home, too! Boo at the Zoo

Well, because we knew we would be traveling in an airplane on Halloween, we decided to take the kids to the zoo to trick or treat this year. Here are our cute little spooks!!
